Deborah
Kneeshaw founded the company in 2004 to introduce Australian business
to design thinking as a tool to drive innovation and nurture creativity
at work. A team of industry experts support her.
Deborah brings to this work extensive knowledge drawn from a successful career in the design industry spanning more than two decades. An honours degree in graphic design lead to 15 years working with blue chip clients at the heart of the London design scene.
As a former visiting lecturer at London’s University of the Arts, she developed practical tools and exercises to promote the mastery of design thinking and methodology.
Deborah is an adjunct faculty member of the Australian Graduate School of Management. There she teaches creative thinking on the MBA program and runs a three day executive program which uses design thinking to generate creative strategy. It has attracted participants from Caltex, AMP, IAG, Westpac, Clorox, Qantas, Austrade and local and federal governments.
Her passion to help organisations develop and nurture a corporate culture of creativity and innovation has taken Deborah to New Zealand and Singapore as well as around Australia. She frequently speaks at industry events on the topics of design and creativity.
Deborah is a member of the Creative Skills Training Council. In her spare time she loves to paint.
